Go to our direct booking portal for the relevant property 2. Enter the agent discount code 3. Select the villa/room type 4. Select the rate type suitable for the guests (flexibility, cancellation, breakfast/no breakfast if available etc) 5. Enter your details including the email where you want the booking confirmation to go. There is a notes section for any additional comments. 6. Select any extras - e.g. scooter hire, boat transfers, snorkelling trips 7. Proceed to payment. Payment can be made by credit card on the online booking portal. 8. Send us an email to either bookings@aquanusa.com (bookings@aquanusa.com)(for AQUA NUSA bookings) or bookings@ohanas.co (bookings@ohanas.co)(for Ohana's beachfront resort & beach club bookings) to confirm that you have a made a booking for one of your clients The booking confirmation will then be sent to the email address you provide when making the booking. You can forward this to your guests, or you can create an invoice in your own format to pass on to your guests.

Our preference is for travel agents to book directly via our online portal as this is the simplest and fastest way for agents to make bookings for their guests. It also reduces the likelihood for any errors. However if you would like to book manually via email here are the instructions. Step 1 - Send us an email Email us at bookings@aquanusa (for AQUA NUSA bookings) or bookings@ohanas.co (bookings@ohanas.co)(for Ohana's beachfront resort & beach club bookings). Step 2 - Include relevant rate and room/villa information in email In the email, provide us with your guests details and any relevant information. Please already know the room type and room rate you would like. This information is easily available to you. We also have an extensive FAQ available on our websites for frequently asked questions. Our reservations team is busy. We make significant effort to support agents by ensuring extensive information is available for agents on our website via our detailed FAQs and our online booking portal. We ask that agents use these resources and do not ask our reservations team for information that we already make easily available. Check the online portal for availability, rates and rate type for the dates. To see the rates with the agent discount applied, and the amount of the discount to assist you in preparing invoices invoices from your company, enter your agent discount code on the portal. This will show the discounted rates as well as the amount of the discount. Payment can be made by credit card or direct bank transfer. Please provide proof of payment once payment has been made via email. If payment is not made within 24-hours the inventory will be released without notice.
