Your Ohana's Questions, Answered: A Quick Guest FAQ
We field a lot of the same great questions from guests planning a stay, so here's a quick reference to the things that come up most.
How do we get to Ohana's? Fly into Bali's Ngurah Rai airport, transfer to Sanur (45 minutes to just over an hour depending on traffic), then take the roughly 30-minute fast boat across to Nusa Lembongan. Just ask our reception team and we'll help coordinate the whole journey.
Is Ohana's good for families? Very much so — we've got two pools with shallow ends, a dedicated playground, and dining spaces set up so kids feel just as welcome as everyone else.
What's there to eat nearby? Beyond our own beach club and rooftop restaurant, Nisi – House of Mediterranean and Bar Riva are both a short stroll away for a change of scenery.
When's the best time to visit? Dry season (roughly April–October) brings the most reliable weather, but the shoulder months either side often mean better availability and a quieter beach club, without much weather trade-off.
Do you take cash? Most of our venues, including our restaurant partners, run on card or bank transfer only — worth knowing before you arrive so there are no surprises.
What if we want more privacy than a resort room? Our sister property AQUA NUSA offers private pool villas on the hill just a shuttle ride away, with full access back to our beach club whenever you like.
