THINGS TO DO: BEST VILLA NEAR AIRPORT

A common question we get from guests is where is a convenient property close to the airport for the initial day or two after arrival in Bali, and the same before leaving Bali. Our favourite place to stay on arrival to Bali or for a day or two prior to departing Bali is a property located close to the airport called Karlamanda Villas. Karlamanda villas is located just 5-minutes from Denpasar airport, and is a tropical oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Karlamanda Villas are an ideal place to park yourself for a short stay to relax on departure/arrival from the airport, rather than staying further afield and risking the often unpredictable travel on the day of departure. You can literally lay around the pool and relax, and be at the airport a matter of minutes later for check-in.

The villas are located about 200m walk to the beach which has great local markets and eateries, and stunning west-facing sunsets. For surfers there is access to some of Bali's best surf breaks - Airport reef and Kuta reef.
